Website design
All sites that are hosted by Free Web Design Online must be designed by Free Web Design Online, updates to the graphic design, layout or website code associated with the design are prohibited, unless they are authorised by Free Web Design Online or a third party that has been hired by Free Web Design Online to perform a specific task.Free Web Design Online and the associated third parties are the only authorised representatives that can make design changes to a site.
Website maintenance
Free Web Design Online provides a guarantied level of website maintenance and updates per month, for the basic package that level is 4 hours per month.If extra updates are required by the client, they will be charged $30 per hour, (a minimum of 2 hours maintenance is required).
Website content
The client is free to add or remove content from the website whenever he or she wants, providing the condition regarding the website design is followed.Note that the maintenance condition in this terms of service agreement also refers to the updating of website content.
Service renewals
Your hosting and domain name service will only be renewed once payment for the service has been received. Failure to pay will result in immediate suspension.Bandwidth allocation
All clients are given an amount of bandwidth per month, if a client happens to go over that limit, then the account will be immediately suspended and the client will be ordered to pay a $10 bandwidth fee, also this fee will need to be paid if the client needs to be allocated more bandwidth.If an entirely new hosting package needs to be created then the client will need to pay a $10 set-up fee, plus the cost of the new package will need to be paid.
Early termination policy
If a client whishes to cancel his or her hosting account before the end of the 12 months, or any other agreed period that has been paid for in advance, the client will need to pay a $300 Termination fee. The fee will need to be paid within the standard invoice period; otherwise a $20 late fee will be placed on top of the original charge.Invoice policy
All invoices issued by Free Web Design Online must be paid within 14 days, if the client does not pay the invoice after 14 days, a new invoice will be generated and a $20 late fee will be placed on top of the original invoice and the new invoice will become payable.Other fees and charges
Any other fees and charges, such as credit card processing fees and bank fees, will need to be paid in full by the client on the request of Free Web Design Online or any associated third party. These extra fees and charges will need to be paid within the standard invoicing policy as listed above, unless otherwise stated on the invoice itself.Service provision policy
All organisations, companies or individuals that require services provided by Free Web Design Online must agree to the following policy.All organisations, companies or individuals that request services provided by Free Web Design Online, either through Free Web Design Online, or a third party approved to provide services for Free Web Design Online, must be a registerd non profit, not for profit, or community group or organisation.Or they must be on the committee of, or be intending to set-up such an organisation and the services requested must be for that particular organisation.
The organisation must not be a commercial organisation and they must have a valid association number and must provide this number when requested by Free Web Design Online or an associated third party. In the case where an organisation is registered as a PTY LTD or other such company, this is fine, as long as they are a charity or other not for profit provider.
Under this policy, Free Web Design Online is permitted to hire or buy services and equipment provided by commercial providers, specifically to facilitate the provision of services such as website hosting and domain name registration services, or any other associated services.
Free Web Design Online, will use all money that is collected from website hosting and associated services to fund the improvement and the level and range of services provided by Free Web Design Online.
